    Modeled on components/_actualite-related-posts.html.twig, with the section title as the
    only editable field (cards are DB-driven, not editable) and `_project-detail-card.html.twig`
    instead of `_actualite_hub_card.html.twig` since neighbor cards show `category` (a Page
    column) rather than `tags` (Page<->Tag relations, an Actualité-only concept).
